When it's about seven days from the big day, it's time to check off those last minute items! We know how excited you are, trust us. But this checklist has to get done to ensure there is nothing left behind on the day you say 'I do'!

Confirm With Your Vendors
Call each of your vendors to confirm all the details to be sure no one calls you on the day of your wedding. You also don't want any of them to happen to forget something. This includes, but is not limited to:
Giving the reception and caterer a final headcount. Include vendors like the photographer, or DJ who will be there all night and may want a meal.
Giving the ceremony and reception a schedule of delivery and setup times, plus contact numbers.
Calling the limo or car rental company about pick times and locations.
Confirming the flower and cake delivery.
Designate Your Various Point People
You don't want your caterer calling you in the middle of getting your makeup done, do you? Designate point people for every situation:
Ceremony Items: If you are having anything used at your ceremony like a unity candle or combining sand, point someone to make sure these items are there ahead of time and brought home as they make a beautiful post-wedding keepsake.
Money: Be sure to pay any remaining balances at the end of your reception. This could be a good task for your wedding hosts.
Reception Questions: Introduce someone like your maid of honor to the reception site manager for any questions they may need to ask during the reception.
Other Questions: Provide all your wedding vendors with a phone number for your wedding planner, maid of honor or bridesmaid for any last minute questions.
Take Your Time to Pack
Packing is so important and you need to make sure it gets the attention it deserves. Even if you are getting married five minutes down the street, make sure you have everything you need. You don't want to forget your deodorant or your Grandma's necklace she wore on her wedding day! Pack a couple days in advance so you don't forget anything.
Beauty Appointments
Make sure to get all those last minute beauty appointments scheduled for the week of your wedding. Women - you may want your nails done, eyebrows waxed, or a massage. Men - you may also want a massage, get your nails trimmed, and maybe even shave your face (if you want). To keep from any unexpected surprises, don’t do any major beauty treatments like facial peels or a drastic haircut.
Hand Off These Items
There are a lot of important items you don't want to be in charge of on your wedding day. These are some items you should consider giving to a family member or your wedding vendors:
Marriage license
Gifts to parents and officiants
Wedding bands
Place cards, menus, party favors, and any other items that need to be placed still
Wedding Attire
Have the bridesmaids dresses, wedding dress, groomsmen attire, and the groom's attire steamed/ironed and ready to go. This will make sure you both are all ready for pictures and your big walk down the aisle!
