When our wedding couples come for a tour of our wedding venue, they usually have some questions for us. To make it easier on you, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions we get from our clients that are sure to help you learn more about all the things about our venue.
How many people does the space accommodate?
We can accommodate 200 people in our venue space. Our Fire Marshall zoned us for 300 inside our reception barns space, but we cap it at 200 due to our limited parking area.
Are we able to rearrange the room?
Yes! Our venue is really a blank canvas and you are more than welcome to rearrange the room however you'd like. If you tell us how you'd like the room arranged a week before your wedding, our team will do it for you. We also have some templates of layouts to make it easy for you to see how others have done it before!
When are we able to set up?
We like to be flexible as far as set up goes. While some venues may only allow you to set up the day before or the morning of your wedding, we can be pretty flexible on when you can set up. Say your wedding is on Saturday and you want to decorate on Wednesday or Thursday, we do our best to accommodate that. The less stress for all the happier and better your big day can be!
When do we have to have the venue cleaned up after our wedding?
Clean-up is another thing we like to be flexible on. While some venues have you clean up the night of your wedding, we allow our couples to clean up the next morning. We know it can be a long tiring day and do our best to help you in any way we can. The last thing you want to worry about is picking up at 11pm at night after the big celebration!
Can we hire outside vendors?
Yes! We can give you a list of recommendations, but you are welcome to hire whomever you would like.
Where are the nearest hotel rooms?
Nebraska City is the nearest location for hotel rooms - Lied Lodge, Holiday Inn Express and Best Western are great options. Bellevue is the second closest option - Holiday Inn is a great option. You can see more options here.
Are there staff on-site throughout our wedding day?
Yes! We have our team on-site from sunup to sun down on your wedding day. We will assist with things like lighting candles, bussing tables, cutting your cake, and so much more. We want to make sure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
How long can we have the space on wedding day?
You are able to come as early as you need to begin getting ready. 8am start time for hair and makeup? No problem. We just ask that all events end at midnight.
Can we use your available decor?
Yes! You are welcome to all of our decor. We have white table cloths, card holders, various arches, vases, candle holders and so much more.
Do you have internet?
Yes, we have high speed internet you are more than welcome to use.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
We require you to hire someone with a current Nebraska Liquor License if you plan to serve alcohol.
Can we bring our own food?
We require you to hire a professional for all your catering needs.
