Everything You Get When You Book Your Wedding With Us at WaConDa Woods & Gardens

Hey you! You probably stumbled upon this post because you are thinking about booking your dream wedding with us! Are you wondering what all you get when you book with us? We're here to tell you so you don't have to keep wondering!

First and foremost, you will get flexible set-up and teardown times during the week of your wedding. We won't make you wait until the day before or even wedding morning to decorate for your wedding day. You will be able to come set-up as early as Wednesday or Thursday if you have a Saturday wedding. You also can come back Sunday morning to clean-up your belongings, no need to do it on the night of your wedding.

You will get access to all of our tables, chairs, linen and decor. We'll set up the tables, chairs and linens for you before you get here to decorate and then you will get access to any of our decor you'd like to use.

You will be welcome to host your rehearsal dinner at the venue the night before your wedding.

The girls will be able to get ready in our bridal suite on the morning of the wedding! Have your hair and makeup artists join you and put on some music and spend some time with your girls!

Our horse barn/grooms suite is also available on wedding morning for all the guys to gather and get ready!

We have two options for your ceremony outdoors on the lawn! We will set up the chairs for you and you have the option to use one of our arches or bring your own.

After your ceremony, you and guests will walk right across the lawn from your ceremony and have your indoor reception. Our reception space is 5K square feet, has dimmable chandeliers and string lighting, and seating for up to 200 guests.

You and your guests will also have the option to use our outdoor ceremony space as your primary dance floor, or maybe just for your cocktail hour.

Our team at WaConDa Woods & Gardens will be on-site through the entirety of your wedding day! We will be there to turn the lights on for you in the morning, direct your vendors throughout the day, help move things around, light candles, serve your cake, bust tables, and just make sure you and your guests are more than well taken care of.
